"Exchange was... easy"
I had to exchange my order because the texture wasn’t really what I expected. The process was... simple, and customer support got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. I did have to wait a little while for the new hair to ship, but it all worked out in the end. I’d give it 4 stars.

I got the kinky curly clip-ins and I was a little nervous at first because matching curl texture can be so... yeah. But once I put them in with my leave-out, they blended way better than I expected. My sister even thought it was all my real hair.

The hair looks really good overall and feels nice, so I’m happy with it. It does shed a little, and I’ll admit I dramatically panicked like my whole bathroom was about to turn into a hair salon floor, but it wasn’t that bad. Still looks and I’d wear it again.

The hair itself was decent, so I’ll give it that. The lace, though, felt a little thick on me and definitely took more effort to blend than I was expecting. I eventually got it to look okay, but it wasn’t exactly the easy, flawless install I thought I was paying for. Not terrible, just average for the price.

I ordered the coily texture, but what arrived was more of a curly texture instead. It’s not what I selected, so I was a bit disappointed. The hair itself may be fine, but it just wasn’t the texture I expected.

The hair itself looked decent, but the fit just wasn’t really working for me. It felt kind of tight around my head, and after a couple of hours or so it started getting uncomfortable. I tried adjusting it a few different ways, but it still didn’t quite sit right.

The hair itself feels really soft, so I’ll give it that. But for me, the density just wasn’t giving the full look I had in mind. I was expecting it to look a bit thicker once installed, but it came out thinner than I personally like, especially toward the ends. It’s definitely still wearable, but based on the price, I was hoping for more volume

"Soft Hair, But Not All the Way Perfect"
The hair was really soft when I first got it, like soft soft, and I liked how it felt straight out the pack. It didn’t feel rough or fake at all, which was a nice surprise.
After wearing it a few times, it was still kind of soft, but I did have to use more leave-in conditioner than I thought I would. It’s not bad, not bad at all, just not something I’d call amazing. For the price, I’d say it’s okay.

I’m really happy with this cap. It’s made well, sits nice and flat, and doesn’t feel bulky at all. The clips hold securely without digging into my head, which I appreciated. I wore it all day and didn’t have to keep adjusting it. Simple, comfortable, and does exactly what I needed.

"The length was actually right"
I ordered from hergivenhair.com and I was a little nervous because I’ve been fooled before with hair that shows up looking shorter than what I paid for. I got 18 inches, and even after washing it, it still looked like a true 18 inches. The shipping was fine, and the hair felt nice too. I’m just relieved I didn’t have to second-guess the sizing this time.

the hair is really nice and soft. It blends in good with my own hair and the curls still looked after I washed it. I did get some shedding when I was detangling, not crazy bad but yeah I noticed it. It does look natural tho and doesn’t feel cheap at all. Overall I’m happy with it, I just wish it didn’t shed as much.
